Whimsical handmade paper clay Snowman. Themed as the town mayor. He's wearing a top hat, scarf, vest. He's holding his stop watch to count down the minutes until the town Christmas Parade begins. Each OOAK character is created in my home studio with love. Each Of these snowmen characters come with their own story card!
